The green transition and the digital revolution are unfolding before our eyes. Companies are increasingly looking for professionals who can connect sustainability with digital transformation in a strategic and practical way. This is why three universities within the Unite! alliance — Wrocław Tech, Université Grenoble Alpes, and Universidade de Lisboa — have launched a joint initiative: Green Management in Unite!
Funded by the Seed Fund, the project aims to design Virtual Exchange Credit Programme (VECP) for master’s students in management-related fields.
The VECP format will enable students to collaborate in international teams without geographical barriers. The programme focuses on three key areas:
Each course will be based on the Project-Based Learning method. Students will not only analyse ready-made case studies – they will face real challenges, working in international teams and jointly developing solutions. Upon completion, students will receive 3 ECTS credits.
However, this is only the first step. Plans include expanding the modules to 12–18 ECTS credits and, in the longer term, creating a joint master’s programme in sustainable management.
