Beyond the statistics, 138 students from across our alliance are now ready to bridge borders, one conversation at a time. With 50 new tandems officially formed, a new semester of intercultural discovery has just begun.
At Unite!, we believe that languages are more than just academic credits, they are windows into new cultures and the foundation of lasting European friendships. This session, the response from our partner universities was truly inspiring, showing a vibrant desire for connection across our European campus.
The matching process, finalised on 27 March 2026, reveals a diverse and enthusiastic participation:
This period saw particularly strong engagement from the Technical University of Darmstadt (TUDa) and Grenoble INP – UGA, which together account for a significant portion of our tandem community.
Participation in the Language Tandems is not only a great social experience but also a recognised achievement. Students who actively engage in their tandem until the end of the session in early June will be eligible for a Unite! Open Badge. This digital credential recognises your commitment to multilingualism and intercultural communication, a valuable asset for any future CV.
