Let’s Unite! Showcasing the alliance’s opportunities

Internships, seminars, language tandems, training, additional scholarships, or a special fund for international initiatives – this is just part of the wide range of opportunities that the Unite! alliance offers to the Wrocław Tech community. We presented these possibilities on April 15 during the Let’s Unite fair at the Student Culture Zone.

The event attracted students, PhD candidates, and employees of Wrocław University of Science and Technology, who had the chance to talk directly with people actively involved in the alliance’s activities. “We wanted to show that Unite! is not an abstract project, but something that can be of real benefit—especially since the offer created by the nine European universities within Unite! is becoming increasingly rich,” explained Anna Hejno, Director of the International Relations Center at Wrocław Tech.

Many visitors to the fair emphasized that although they had heard about Unite! before, their knowledge of the alliance had been rather fragmented. “It’s good that initiatives like this are taking place. We were particularly interested in the Seed Fund; I think we will apply for it in the next academic year. One of its beneficiaries convinced us that it’s a great way to start international cooperation,” said students from the Faculty of Environmental Engineering.

Let’s Unite! was organized for the first time, but it is already certain that more editions of the fair will be held in the upcoming academic year. Details and dates will be available on our website and social media channels.
