Companies are increasingly looking for professionals who can connect sustainability with digital transformation in a strategic and practical way. This is why three universities within the Unite! alliance \u2014 Wroc\u0142aw Tech, Universit\u00e9 Grenoble Alpes, and Universidade de Lisboa \u2014 have launched a joint initiative: Green Management in Unite!<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Funded by the Seed Fund, the project aims to design\u00a0 <\/span><b>Virtual Exchange Credit Programme (VECP) <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">for master\u2019s students in management-related fields.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The VECP\u00a0 format will enable students to collaborate in international teams without geographical barriers. The programme focuses on three key areas:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Strategic management of emerging green technologies<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Industry 4.0 and digital transformation management<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Green innovation and entrepreneurship in the high-tech sector<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Each course will be based on the Project-Based Learning method. Students will not only analyse ready-made case studies \u2013 they will face real challenges, working in international teams and jointly developing solutions. Upon completion, students will receive 3 ECTS credits.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">However, this is only the first step.
