It begins with an idea and the perseverance to survive the first, most challenging months. With young entrepreneurs in mind, the Seed Fund\u2013financed project \u201cUNITE! Support for Entrepreneurship Development: Pre-Incubation Program\u201d was created. It is implemented by Wroc\u0142aw Tech, TU Darmstadt, and TU Graz.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Although various entrepreneurship courses operate within the Unite! alliance universities, a common, structured programme has been missing so far. The Pre-Incubation Program (PIP) aims to fill this gap by providing students with the opportunity to gain experience in international teams.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cUNITE! Entrepreneurship Development\u201d will combine knowledge in artificial intelligence, business psychology, and startup development methodologies. Students will work on their own business ideas using the Design Thinking approach, Problem-Based Learning, and strategic action planning.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 Our university has many years of experience in practical entrepreneurship education, including the Grow Up Tech programme, which supports students in developing real business projects. Each partner university contributes its proven solutions and know-how. Together, we aim to create a practical, international programme that will genuinely prepare students for the role of founders and for building innovative companies \u2013 explains Anna G\u00f3recka, project leader and director of the Academic Entrepreneurship Incubator at Wroc\u0142aw Tech.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The developed model is intended to become the foundation for a future Joint Programme within the Unite! alliance, strengthening the innovation ecosystem and student mobility across all partner universities.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The project team\u2019s in-person meeting is scheduled for 18\u201320 March in Wroc\u0142aw.
