Research School dedicated to AI and cybersecurity, Space &amp; Tech, and Engineering Biology.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<blockquote class=\"cite-unite border-start border-light-subtle border-5 py-2 ps-3 mb-3 h5\">\n<div class=\"mb-1\">\n<p>&#8220;What&#8217;s original an innovative about URS is that it brings together different types of audiences for shared activities, a way of introducing participants to the richness of the Unite! ecocsystem in a very concrete way&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<footer class=\"text-secondary d-flex align-items-center\">\u2013Franck Bruckert, Unite! Key Liaison Officer for Grenoble<\/footer>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h3 id=\"a-dense-and-stimulating-programme\" tabindex=\"0\">A dense and stimulating programme<\/h3>\n<p>The\u00a0<strong>Unite! Research School<\/strong>\u00a0offers a unique mix of\u00a0<strong>scientific excellence<\/strong>, combining expert lectures, transferable skills courses, networking sessions, a forum with industry leaders, research facility and industrial visits, and a team case study. It is also a motivational track designed to inspire Master\u2019s students to engage in PhD research.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"cite-unite border-start border-light-subtle border-5 py-2 ps-3 mb-3 h5\">\n<div class=\"mb-1\">\n<p>&#8220;So many opportunities to share expertise, learn new competences, build collaborations and bring innovation to life. Our hope is that all the exchanges will lead to closer links and the setting up of ambitious European projects&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<footer class=\"text-secondary d-flex align-items-center\">\u2013Franz Bruckert<\/footer>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Indeed, the programme features around\u00a0<strong>50 professors and specialists\u00a0<\/strong>delivering\u00a0<strong>high-level scientific courses<\/strong>, coordinated by:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Space &amp; Tech<\/strong>: Erik Kerstel (UGA) and Eugenio Brusa (Politecnico di Torino)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Engineering Biology<\/strong>: Stefan G\u00f6bel (TU Darmstadt) and Charlotte Hauser (Graz University of Technology)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>AI &amp; Cybersecurity<\/strong>: Miguel Couceiro (Instituto Superior T\u00e9cnico, Universidade de Lisboa) and Fulvio Valenza (Politecnico di Torino)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In addition to this, students will also develop transferable skills through modules led by Essi Vitaneen (Aalto University).<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"strong-involvement-from-industry-partners\" tabindex=\"0\">Strong involvement from industry partners<\/h3>\n<p>Already active during the first edition, companies are playing a central role in URS 2025. Leading companies including Air Liquide, Orange, and Teledyne E2V will engage with students through keynotes, panel discussions, and company visits, providing a first-hand insight into real-world engineering challenges.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"looking-ahead\" tabindex=\"0\">Looking ahead<\/h3>\n<p>With its mix of science, collaboration, and innovation, the\u00a0<strong>Unite! Research School 2025\u00a0<\/strong>embodies the spirit of European engineering: open, interdisciplinary, and forward-looking.
