And what does it require?<\/li>\n<li>What differentiates buzzwords like Lean, Agile, and Design Thinking?<\/li>\n<li>Learn to use tools and frameworks to clarify the transformation objective<\/li>\n<li>Understand meta-skills and embrace the art of facilitation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>By the end of this course, you\u2019ll be ready to lead with confidence \u2014 driving change that lasts.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Teaching Period:\u00a0<\/strong>22.4.\u201327.5.2026<\/p>\n<p><strong>Lectures:<\/strong>\u00a0On Wednesdays 16:15-18:00 (EEST Finnish Time), starting 22.4.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Language:\u00a0<\/strong>English<\/p>\n<p>The course consists of live lectures held in Zoom and weekly participation in online pair exercises, which are scheduled independently with your pair.
