Applications for the IV edition of the ULISSES project can be submitted until December 15th.<\/p>\n<p>ULISSES\u00a0 is a project at the University of Lisbon that offers students from nine European universities affiliated with the UNITE! network deep knowledge about ocean-related issues. They will work together to form one interdisciplinary and international team.<\/p>\n<p>For the first time this year, students from Wroc\u0142aw University of Science and Technology can participate in this project.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/ulisses.ulisboa.pt\/en\/info\/application\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Apply today!<\/a><\/h2>\n<p>The project is aimed at students who want to join a multidisciplinary team that will work over several weeks to present solutions for sustainable ocean use, with completion resulting in earning ECTS points.<\/p>\n<h3>Why join ULISSES?<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>You will work on an exciting project within an international and interdisciplinary team supported by academic assistants and experts in each field.<\/li>\n<li>You will network and collaborate with students from other universities and countries.<\/li>\n<li>You will deepen your knowledge about the ocean and its significance for the sustainable development of our planet.<\/li>\n<li>You will gain insight into future educational and professional perspectives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Upon completion of the course, you will receive 6 ECTS points.<\/h3>\n<p>The teaching program involves universities belonging to Unite!: the University of Lisbon, Universitat Polit\u00e8cnica de Catalunya, and Technische Universit\u00e4t Darmstadt.<\/p>\n<h3>Practical Information:<\/h3>\n<p>Information sessions &#8211; December 4th and 11th, 2023<\/p>\n<p>Applications can be submitted until December 15th, 2023<\/p>\n<p>Preparatory phase from January 29th to April 5th (e-learning combined with classes)<\/p>\n<p>Team project from July 8th to July 26th (in Lisbon)<\/p>\n<p>Final presentation on July 26th (in Lisbon)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Participation in the project is free of charge.<\/strong> Additionally, the program includes mobility within the Erasmus+ program, meaning that students from the EU and other Erasmus+ partner countries can apply for scholarships to cover travel and accommodation expenses at their home institution.<\/p>\n<p>Have additional questions? <a href=\"mailto:info@ulisses.ulisboa.pt\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Send them to the organizers.<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The ULISSES Project! returns with its IV edition.
